I seriously want to beat somebody with a baseball bat. The people in my hall WON'T SHUT UP. I guess it's mostly just one girl with a really loud voice making the noise. That, and people won't stop bringing guys into the fucking bathroom! Once or twice, fine. But when I see a guy in the bathroom twice in the same evening (and I'm pretty sure it's the same guy) and almost every Friday night, it's annoying.
And my old roommate from last semester? Just emailed me asking me to "help" her with her homework (which basically means she wants my to do it for her). My (mental) response? OH HELL NO BITCH. She made my life a motherfucking HELL last semester and she has the nerve to ask me to do her assignments? It fucking boggles me. Getting that email from her just triggered a lot of pent up rage.
GAAAHHHH!!! I can't deal with any more stupid people tonight!!!!!
I'm going to sleep.

Has anyone heard about that book banning the libraries are planning to do on the 2006 Newberry winner? I can't believe that people freak out so much about kids 9-13 seeing the word 'scrotum'! OHS NOS!!!! What the hell? It's a correct anatomical term, and much better that 'nut sack' or 'balls'! I learned the kriffing word when i was ten because i had to learn dog anatomy! Sometimes people really disappoint me.

11:09 pm - Kendo Tournament

Wow, I'm tired. This weekend has been incredibly fun and at the same time pretty hectic. I had testing on Saturday for rank in kendo, (yay nikkyu! which I guess could be equal to a brown belt or something..?) and today I went to tournament. I was in two fights, both of which I lost.
The first one, I probably should have done better in, but whatever. The second one, I had no chance in hell. By a series of strange events I ended up fighting a guy who was on the USA national championship team... which beat JAPAN at the World Kendo Championships this year. My first thought was "...I'm going to die." Afterwards though, I realized that he was a REALLY nice guy. During the match he didn't do anything really fancy or beat the crap out of me, but just did the bare minimum needed to win (thus allowing a loss with dignity). He also gave me a really cool kendo keychain for free (cuz he knew that I was really nervous), and a good discount on some stuff that I bought from one of the kendo suppliers that were there (he was their spokesperson). But today was a lot of fun. I saw lots of good kendo, talked to and met some really nice people.
Now it's time to get back to the boring stuff. Exams. Bleh.

Yeah, so these past couple of days have been hell in terms of the weather. Why doesn't Ann Arbor ever get snow days? I mean, seriously, my roommate got frostbite on her ears and the doctor says that her ears will "never be the same" (i.e. they'll prolly will stay red forever or something). That pisses me off. Why does U of M not realize that walking around in below zero weather is BAD.
Yes, it was a very strange thing to rant about, but my roommate is a very nice person and it makes me sad to see something like this happen. That, and these constant exams and all this studying is starting to drive me crazy.
Hopefully the weather will improve from here on out.

Whee! Just got back from boston about an hour ago. Twas SO much fun! OMG! Mookie is my hero! I love him so much. Anyway, it was a really good time and i really enjoyed looking at all the cosplayers. And in the dealer's hall i was so overwhelmed and had to restrain myself so much, and i ended up buying only two t-shirts and three pins. but the shirts are awesome! i loveses them so much, especially my pirates are better than ninjas shirt:D but going to the Mookie panels, especially the writing creative heros and villans one, and seeing Aang and Jesus was the highlight of my weekend! So cool!
However, due to my lack of sleep and the fact that i have a lot of work to do tomarrow i'm gonna go to bed now.

i have bangs, and they bug me...
yup, that's right, i got my hair cut, and what a not so great cut it is! most of it i like fine, but being the retard i am i got bangs, and they really really bug me.
On a happier note, i am making a comercial involving wookies! Yes that's right, wookies. two wookies actually fighting to the death. One wookie kills the other and then it's all covered in blood. What's a poor blood covered wookie to do? i'll tell you what, it needs to use some new herbal essences shampoo! Whee! that basically sums up my comercial... i enjoy it. hehe.
I get to go home in a couple of weeks! yay!

i have seen it for a second time now, and it is confirmed that i love it. yes, i love it. just like i love all star wars, and the animation has an odd sort of appeal. yay for Arcs! and kit! and rancissis! and obi! and plo! and Shareen hett! and quin! and aayla! so many jedi, i can't remember all of their names! Oh! and the greatest jedi of all, tholme!

That's really a video! Today in Storyboarding we went through a whole host of dvd's looking at the storyboards for movies, and one of them was the animated story Rex Steele, Nazi Smasher. and afterwards we actually watched it! It's freakin' fantastic! I love it so much. It's hokey and hilarious. Anyone who has bittorrent should download it! Seriously, one of the funniest things i have ever seen! Life would be so boring without nazi's as badguys?
In other news, for 3D design i get to sculpt a figure in sequence. so there'll be five sculptures showing an action in sequence. Mine is of a guy yawning and then turning inside out, eventually becoming a blob of blood, bones and organs. Whee! I'm actually really excited about this one! It also helps that i finally have my morbid sense of humor back... silly mood swings. but yeah... it's been a good day.
Oh! Cho, you are infecting me with your weird deathly dreams. I have a lot of dreams about ghosts now, and also about me killing people. It's really disturbing, so stop sending your deathly vibes down towards me. it's unsettling.

Woot! Just got back from a Ren fair in Atlanta. So much fun!!!!!!! way better than the one in river oaks! It was huge, and King Henry VIII was there! I was so happy because i called my dad and he let me buy a tri-corn hat that was made of leather and uber pretty. I loveses it and wore it the whole way home. Oh! and no one would believe this but i dressed more girly than i do during halloween! My shirt was actually split up the center, and i was wearing a skirt! Shock! I was a pirate! it was so fun.
but the best part of the day was the fur man's booth. i went in to get a tail for my cosplay costume for anime boston and ended up really getting along well with the dude. i officially love him. i actually ended up modeling tails for him, and my friend was the one that attatched it, and the guy looks at it and was like 'psh, amatures' and lifted up my shirt and started attatching my tail to my skirt. surprisingly i didn't mind at all. either way, i ended up talking to him for almost half an hour. we ended up taking pictures, a whole lot of pictures. I'll post them for yall later. must eat, then sleep.

yay for thursday nights, don't have to think about anything like class tomarrow. Whee. So when my roommate asked me if i wanted to go with her out to montgomery hall with her i said sure. So i play on the computers. yay. but today was a pretty good day. Speech wasn't as boring as usual and i actually participated in the class discussions which is a really big deal for me, even when motivated by points, but i didn't even need that motivation today, no points and i still participated. I'm proud of myself. So, now my roommate is cursing illustrator while i update this. whee!
Bah, i need to start my homework for Drawing for Storyboarding tomarrow. Bleh. It's a perspective project, 1 point and 2 point of an imagined environment, which in reality is uber fun but really time consuming. I have an idea for my one point; it's going to be a beach scene based on myrtl beach, and i think i'm going to add in a character in the foreground. For the two point i dunno. haven't thought about it all that much i guess. i wanted to do a city scape that i could reuse in one of my comic panels because that just makes life easier, because perspective takes forever. It is fun though, and i get to color it in photoshop. yay.
OH! And i have now officially declared my major. I am a sequential art major, which is a fancy way of saying that i major in comic books. YES! believe it or not that's where i have the best chance of getting a job since sequential branches off into everything. Currently my goal is to work in concept design for movies. That'd be really fun. the only downside being that i'd probably have to move out to california or something. bleh.
I've got a question to put before you all; i'm writing a story that i'm going to turn comic, and i was wondering what sort of island should my characters land on first? I would love feedback of all sorts, be it normal or crazed, i don't care. And in the future i will be setting more of these questions in the future. if i knew how to do those poll of the day things i'd be doing it that way, but i don't so the questions will just be here.

Huh, I guess it's sort of interesting to be feeling young and old at the same time. For one, I feel old because I'm trying to resist the urge to beat the crap out of the giggling girls in the hallway. Some people are trying to study for exams ya know. >.< At the same time, I feel kinda young because I just realized that I have a new tooth growing in. O.O Weird. I guess that means I'll have to have it taken out (gross).
Uh yeah, that's it. Back to studying (and resisting ass-kicking urge) for me.

Last night i finished kingdom hearts II. It's such a great game! It's soooooo damn pretty!!!!!!!!! And i just wanna hug Riku because he's so pretty! I highly recommend it to all. So good! But so sad! And i got to fight as Riku for a little bit, and fly around on a hover craft... you know, kingdom hearts seems a lot like starwars.... with all the 'accept the darkness within you' 'let your anger drive you to the darkness'. Hmm... starwars, maybe that's why i like it so much. Hehe. Anyway, the game is better in the first in that it's more plot heavy, cooler moves in battle, and the characters are better developed (Sora has a personality! And a childish side!!!!). I wish it wasn't over... maybe i'll play the end again, just to see the prettiness. Oh, and this game goes a lot faster than the first! A lot faster! Play it!
No class tonight! Yay!

Today I was listening to some music and then I realized something quite odd. I have an irrational phobia of men with deep voices. I mean, yes, I like the instrumental parts of the songs, but the singer's voices have a tendency of giving me the heebie-jeebies. I guess I'm also a bit scared of really big guys as well, but it's the deep voice that really gets me. How weird is that? Haha. ^_^
Hmm... more random ramblings. I guess that I'm excited that over the summer at will be practicing at the Battle Creek Kendo Kai... Which would be nice since I'd get to meet new people and it's small and stuff.... However at the same time I guess I'm a little apprehensive about whether or not I'll be the only female. >.< Yes, I have been to practices (especially at EMU) where I've been the only girl but I'm not really used to that setting. (The worst is coming back from changing in the bathroom to find out that some of the guys are changing RIGHT THERE. I mean, it's like "Holy shit people! I so did NOT want to see that!"...Thank god though that nobody goes commando, which I've heard some people prefer. *shudders* I think that would just scar me for life.)
Huh. Isn't it ironic that I do a very male-dominated sport while at the same time am scared of guys?
Oh, but I got a 28/30 on a Biochem exam! YAY!! Now I should stop procrastinating on my Film homework...
*sigh* I wish that this semester would be over. (Two weeks of class left! WHOOOO!!!)
Is anybody taking summer courses at Western? Come on, anybody??? (I am...)
